Has the M-Classic Mettwurst been replaced everywhere by the "from the region" or are we just unlucky (Winterthur Rosenberg and Seuzach)? The taste of the adR doesn't even come close to the M-Classic. :-(

Too bad, the typical spicy aroma (smoky) is unfortunately completely missing from the adR Mettwurst... Jänu, the scales are probably pleased that we no longer buy them. :-)

Please be sure to write the best-before date on the sausage skin in future. When the packaging is gone, I no longer know how long the individual sausage is still valid - small improvement....

Two packs for a single household is okay. It would be advantageous if these sausages were perforated in the middle. That way, one sausage would still be nicely wrapped.

Thank you for your feedback on the M-Classic Mettwurst.
The two Mettwurst sausages do not lose their shelf life when the plastic bag is removed. The protective packaging of the Mettwurst sausages is the artificial casing.
This means you can consume one sausage and the other sausage remains fresh in the artificial casing and can be stored in the fridge without a plastic bag.

Why are they only available in packs of two? I usually have to throw away one sausage.
That goes into the nasty category of "pack size", which rarely does justice to the many single households.
