Does this product contain alcohol of any kind? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? The ingredients say natural flavors. Is it completely alcohol-free? Also, is it suitable for vegetarians, does it not contain animal fats? Is E471 and E476 of animal origin?
Hello Acalyanur, thank you for your inquiry. Basically, our milk components are lacto-vegetarian, the emulsifiers such as E471 are purely plant-based and our flavourings may contain alcohol. However, the alcohol content of flavourings in the end product is far below 0.3 %. This product contains ethanol in the flavouring recipe. Hi. If you could answer these questions I will be appreciated. do you use any type of alcohol as a solvent in maxi vanilla ice cream and is it possible that have you ever used pork derived ingredients inside maxi vanilla ice cream?
Hello uozsoy36, the product does not contain any ingredients/additives etc. containing pork in any way, but : the product contains carriers containing alcohol (but these are very small quantities).
