Does this product contain alcohol in any way? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? The ingredients say natural flavors. Is it completely alcohol-free? Also, is it suitable for vegetarians, does it not contain animal fats? Is E471 and E476 of animal origin?
Hello Acalyanur, thank you for your inquiry. Basically, our milk components are lacto-vegetarian, the emulsifiers such as E471 are purely plant-based and our flavourings may contain alcohol. However, the alcohol content of flavourings in the end product is far below 0.3 %. This product contains ethanol in the flavouring recipe. Hello. I need some answers to buy this product. Does E471 produced from soy fat? Furthermore I just would like to get information that do you use any type of alcohol as a solvent in this ice cream? have you ever used pork derived ingredients inside this ice cream?
Hello uozsoy36, the product does not contain any ingredients/additives etc. containing pork in any way, but : the product contains carriers containing alcohol (but these are very small quantities).

Where does the milk come from? Why not from Switzerland?
