I'll just come back to the subject of the aluminum lid .... The silicone lid recommended by you is, according to the assessment, rather useless for soft and angular containers, and you would also have to wash it off after each use, which then requires water. I have to be honest and admit that I don't collect aluminum lids of any kind, they start to stink and I don't need them. I need 1/2 cup of quark every morning for my muesli: with the plastic lid I could cover the cup well until the next day. Now I have to cover the opened cup with plastic wrap every 2nd day, whether that is more sustainable remains to be seen. Sustainability goes beyond the store: you can write in the environmental report that you have saved so and so much plastic, but what people then do with it at home because of the new stupid packaging is not taken into account - this packaging change is pure whitewashing and doesn't help much, but once again annoys customers.

Why was the lid changed? I don't like that now I have to empty the rest into another container and note the expiration date. A clear deterioration of the packaging very unfortunate

We made the change because the current market is moving towards packaging reduction and reusable lids. The aluminum lid is recyclable. The PET lid, on the other hand, had to be disposed of in household waste. We looked for a solution for reclosability and developed this silicone lid. Sugar content I also stumbled across the high sugar content and am very surprised. 7 g of sugar per 100 g of quark? Milk sugar normally has a maximum of 5 g of sugar per 100 g. No more, otherwise it is no longer natural. If you look at Migros organic low-fat quark, it only has 3 g of sugar per 100 g. But it also costs twice as much. But it also costs twice as much. It's the same at other major distributors, 3-4 g of sugar. I feel I've been taken for a ride and will no longer be buying the low-fat quark at Migros. Too bad, because I am a Migros child.

Can't you produce the low-fat quark with 4g carbohydrates and a higher protein content like Coop, for example?

The smallest changes affect the overall taste of the product, which is why an adjustment should first be tested by a wider range of consumers.
