Unfortunately, you can't see them in the online product pictures. Are the lasagne sheets for pre-cooking?
Hello websam, thank you for your request. You can either pre-cook the lasagne sheets or use them directly. Here are the preparation instructions:
- With pre-cooking: Boil the lasagne sheets in salted water (1 liter of water to 100 g of pasta) for about 4 minutes, then drain and spread out on a tea towel. Then layer the sheets in an ovenproof dish, alternating with fillings, and bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
- Without pre-cooking: Place the uncooked lasagne sheets directly into the dish, also alternating layers with fillings, and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes. It is important that the fillings are as liquid as possible so that the sheets can cook well.
