Delicious, we only used to have them on festive days when the stores were closed and there was the occasional cold platter. For me, these rolls retain a flair of luxury and indulgence.
Easter 25: I wrote this 5 years ago and it was like this until recently. Now you've ruined these rolls too, dear Migros. Crumb with a different, spongy texture, crust much less crispy. What have you messed up again?
I loved these rolls BECAUSE they had a crust. Unfortunately, the new recipe is now just the opposite, no longer crispy. Just another flabby industrial roll. What a shame - another classic gone
