But when they're cooked, they shrink a lot and the pack doesn't last long... .
I'd like 'slightly larger' dumplings or a "Family Pack". Is this possible?

It's not unusual for the product to lose a little volume when baking. This is due to the fact that the water contained at the time of freezing is eliminated during cooking.
