When will Migros finally stop using palm oil in this and other products?
Hello claudio86, thank you for your message. We understand that you would like to avoid palm oil. You are raising an issue that is of great concern to us. Wherever possible, we try to replace the ingredient with equivalents. However, the search is proving very difficult. Vegetable fat is characterized by a number of special properties that cannot be replaced by just any alternative without compromising the quality of the product. In muesli, it is used to harden the chocolate. Unfortunately, there is currently no supplier that offers the crunchy mix without palm oil. We are of course continuing to monitor the issue closely. Should new processing methods emerge, we will be happy to test them. We hope our efforts are in your interest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Have you ever thought about switching back to the pellets instead of the flakes?
Hello Schrn, thank you for your inquiry. We discontinued the product with pellets in 2016. At the same time, we had an M-Budget crunchy muesli with flakes, which did much better. We have therefore adapted the recipe and included it with flakes under the M-Classic brand. However, we are happy to take your request on board and will keep the version with pellets in mind. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why can't they be found in all stores?
Hello Abi_, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, our refrigerated display cases are not as big as we like, so we have to constantly check the popularity and attractiveness of the products. That's why the M-Classic Banana Choco Crunchy Muesli yogurt is only available in selected stores. You can check where you can find them near you using your zip code here: https://produkte.migros.ch/m-classic-knuspermueesli-banane-choco#availability. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Some of the questions are really unnecessary, as everyone knows that you can't offer the entire Migros range in every Migros store.
