Could you add Kiss with white chocolate to the range?
Hi Ascheeliinee, thanks for the question. It is not currently planned. But we are happy to take this on board as a suggestion. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does this product contain alcohol in any way? Does it contain animal fats, for example from pigs? Does it come into contact with animal ingredients/fats or alcohol, packaging, production etc.? (cross-contamination) Is it completely alcohol-free and vegetarian?
Hello Acalyanur, thank you for your message. The product is not completely vegetarian, as the foam filling is an egg white filling and contains egg white powder. The binders and stabilizers in the mass are not of animal origin. The wafer bases of the Kiss contain hen's egg powder. The coating glaze is free from animal fat and alcohol. Alcohol is used to disinfect the equipment and devices used to produce and fill the protein filling. Although pasteurized egg white powder is used, the egg white foam is a very risky product and requires thorough disinfection of all parts that come into contact with it. However, cross-contamination can be ruled out as the disinfectant alcohol evaporates completely. Devices and equipment are dry when used and contamination would be noticeable as the mass does not react well to alcohol and would collapse. We also do not use alcohol or animal ingredients in our packaging process. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Where do I dispose of the blue and silver foil in which the pieces are individually wrapped? Metal garbage can or household waste? Thank you for your answer.
Hello LtotheEtotheA, thank you for your inquiry. The blue wrap is an aluminum foil. It can therefore be disposed of at the aluminum recycling center. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I used to love it! Unfortunately, Migros has changed the recipe for the egg white foam. Now they are far too sweet. You almost feel like you're chewing sugar. Too bad, I'll probably have to switch to other Mohrenköpfe.
Hello guest
Thank you for your message. Such feedback is very important to us.
We can assure you that the recipe has not been changed in recent years. However, we have already received further feedback about these Mohrenköpfe.
It is also in our interest to follow this up. For this purpose, can you please provide us with the best-before date and the batch number of the packaging? This is normally located near the M-data and usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. This is the only way we can check the retained samples, determine the cause and give you a clarifying answer.
Pending your feedback, we thank you for your help and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Hello dear M-Infoline
Unfortunately I no longer have the packaging.
In the hope that only the one pack was affected, I have bought a pack again and again over the last few months and have found that they always taste too sweet. I bought them in the Dietikon branch, Löwenzentrum.
Kind regards, guest

The foam could be even more melting/softer, the chocolate a little too thin/light and the cookie base very bland (Dubler ear heads are more expensive, but also perfect in the points mentioned). Do we really need this bulky plastic packaging, isn't there room for improvement?

I agree, the plastic packaging is a bit superfluous. Otherwise a good product.
Hello goforgold
Thank you very much for your feedback.
We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy the Kisss Party foam kisses. We have not yet received any complaints of this kind. We are happy to take your input on board.
This type of packaging is necessary because it is a very fragile product that can easily dent or break. We experience this with our M-Budget foam kisses. These have a simpler form of packaging and we have correspondingly more customer complaints about broken foam kisses.
We hope this information is helpful for you and wish you a nice day.
See you soon in your Migros - we look forward to seeing you! Your M-Infoline Team
I know the packaging of the budget foam kisses, almost just a half cardboard box, which is not very solidly "designed/composed". I transport carrot heads separately in a used knot bag or put them at the top of the shopping bag - just like eggs and potato chips, for example. Speaking of which: potato chips are at least as fragile as the foam kisses and are not sold in cartons or solid plastic wrappers - perhaps something could be "copied" in the packaging?

Superfine, but I would also be very happy about a Legèr version :)
Dear Niko
Thank you for your suggestion. The Léger products are subject to strict requirements. However, we will be happy to consider your request whenever possible when we next revise this range.
However, we ask for your understanding if your request cannot be implemented immediately or at all.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
