Is this product gluten-free? I ask because of the general indication "spices"?

Hello Jinnj, M-Classic Ketchup does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). By the way, spices are gluten-free by definition. Seasoning mixes, bouillon etc. may contain gluten, but this would then have to be declared (e.g. seasoning mix (with wheat starch)).
