Do you know if this yogurt has a lot of vitamin C and is therefore perhaps not suitable for children before bedtime?

Hello RoliMigrochind, unfortunately we do not have any information on the vitamin C content of our lemon yogurt. However, the lemon juice content is so low (6%) that the yoghurt is unlikely to contribute much to your vitamin C intake. So there is nothing wrong with having lemon yoghurt before going to bed.
