The yoghurt is actually nice and firm, but now we have the second one with liquid in it. What kind of liquid is it? Shelf life is until 25.04.

The yoghurt contains a lot of sugar (32g per pot, 36% of the daily requirement). Would it be possible to produce the yogurt with a little less sugar without using artificial sweeteners?
Hello Diana1977, thank you for your message. We are constantly reviewing the sugar content of our existing yogurt range and reducing it where possible. We launched the first projects to reduce sugar in yogurts back in 2011. As part of these, we reduced the sugar in 56% of the national yogurt range by 5 to 10%. We have continued to work on these reductions ever since. Since 2016 alone, we have again reduced the average sugar content in flavored, nut and fruit yogurts by more than 4%.
