Strange that everyone else can do it without skimmed milk powder................
Hello indios, thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment. As already explained in our post from August last year, we are bound to using the ingredient for various reasons. We cannot comment on the practices of other suppliers - we are not aware of them. Nevertheless, we hope to be able to continue to welcome you here. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Please remove the unnecessary skimmed milk powder the next time you make it. Others can do this too and it goes without saying.
Hello indios, thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your request. About a year ago, we posted a detailed answer on this topic (see below). Skimmed milk powder is necessary to achieve the desired consistency. We note the ingredient accordingly on the packaging. We hope we get the chance to surprise you with a positive response at some point. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Please remove skimmed milk powder. Unnecessary
Hello indios, thank you for your message. We need the milk powder for consistency. Otherwise the mixture would be too runny. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Funny that other stores don't use this......
The discussion about milk powder in a dairy product is somewhat confusing. Isn't skimmed milk powder simply "dried milk"? Or does the skimmed milk powder used in Migros yoghurts still have additives in it? If it is pure milk powder, does this have to be stated (by all retailers) in the list of ingredients or does Migros simply do it voluntarily? (It is then more a statement about the manufacturing process (part of the milk is dried first or water is removed from the product) than about the ingredients and in other products (e.g. YOU smoothie raspberry and yoghurt) the yoghurt is also not specified in more detail). Is there a (clear) disadvantage to the yoghurts made from milk and additional milk protein in terms of vitamins/nutrients?
Skimmed milk powder is unnecessary and a fattening agent. Must be listed
Hello folio, thank you for your inquiry. We are happy to provide you with the following information: During production, we add milk powder or milk protein powder to the yoghurt to increase the dry matter of the product. Increasing the dry matter affects both the consistency and the mouthfeel. The addition must be indicated on the packaging. According to the Ordinance on Food of Animal Origin, the definitions are as follows: Milk protein powder: 1. milk protein is a concentrate or powder of some or all of the proteins in milk. 2. the dry matter of milk proteins must contain at least 500 g of protein per kilogram milk powder: 1. milk powder is milk from which most of the water has been removed. 2. the water content must not exceed 50 g per kilogram. Depending on the variant, milk protein powder or milk powder is added to yoghurt. As mentioned above, the aim is to achieve the desired consistency and to emphasize the taste. In terms of nutritional values, this means that the milk powder contains less protein and more lactose, while the milk protein powder contains more protein and less lactose. We are therefore bound to one or other use of the ingredients for different reasons. Omitting milk or milk protein powder would greatly change the character of a yoghurt and therefore not bring out its typical properties. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for the detailed and informative answer. So, as originally assumed, a yoghurt without "non-dairy additives". A plus that you can even choose between the two variants in Migros.

I still miss a natural yoghurt WITHOUT sugar in Migros. In my opinion, the fruit yoghurts should also contain no sugar. Kind regards Esther
Hello BOYBOY, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you are missing a sugar-free yogurt. For consistency reasons (see also the article above), we add a little skimmed milk powder to the products. However, this increases the lactose content (milk sugar) slightly. All our Nature yoghurts (with the exception of the Excellence Nature variant, which is sweetened) contain no sugar in the conventional sense. However, the main ingredient, milk, naturally contains lactose (milk sugar). The declared sugar content is therefore only the lactose found in milk, which means that Rhyfalllforelle is right. Dear Migros Every morning I prepare a healthy Bircher muesli in a bowl with this Nature yoghurt. I weigh each ingredient with my Durabase kitchen scales. I start with the yoghurt, which is supposed to be 200 g in a cup. But today I only measured 145 g. Yesterday's contents were 175 g and I was still able to get away with it. But today's values are far too low for my taste. Where are the missing 55 g of natural yoghurt? Kind regards bonseb
Unfortunately, this happens with many products. Especially with bread. I always weigh it first in the store
Hello bonseb, can you please let us know the lot number (letters and numbers) and the expiration date of the underweight cup? We will then be happy to clarify this with the supplier. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, dear M-Infoline team. I have kept the lid especially for this. Here are the details: Sell by: 22.07. Lot no.: LOO2280 R301 Best before: 29.07. / 20:09 T2 8 Thank you for following up. best regards bonseb
Hello bonseb, thank you for your feedback. We have checked the manufacturing reports and retained samples, but could not find any deviations. We must therefore assume that an operating error has occurred with the weight regulation. In the event of underfilling, the machine stops automatically and the cup is sorted out by hand. We have informed the employees about your feedback. We will contact you privately shortly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
