I've been buying them for years, but there's never been anything like this before. Unfortunately I'm finding more and more products like this and when I think about the problems I've had with Migros in the last few months, there's nothing more I can say other than fie Migros. More and more products that are spoiled more than a week before the expiration date, as you can see in the picture. Who wants to eat something disgusting like that? I certainly wouldn't, especially if it wasn't healthy. 🤮🤮 I opened one of the 6 pieces. Who knows how many more you might find that are spoiled. I don't feel like opening the remaining 5 pieces either, one is enough. Migros is really getting worse and worse and my trust is sinking more and more towards zero
Hello ghostvampira, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that our yogurt has given you cause for complaint. Impeccable quality is also very important to us.
There are various reasons that could be responsible for this deviation in quality. One of them is leaking packaging. During the filling process, the belt moves the cups from one process step to the next.
It can happen that a little of the product drips onto the edge of the cup, which affects the subsequent sealing step. As a result, the lid is no longer completely sealed, and the mold spores in the air contaminate the product.
Another reason may be an interruption in the cold chain. In retrospect, we cannot determine whether and at what point this occurred.
As a general rule, you may return products of unsatisfactory quality to the store. If necessary, you will receive a replacement or a refund for the goods. We will contact you privately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you M-Infoline. Yes, I have already received the message. Many thanks for that. If you discover something like that on a product at a weekend then it is rather bad to store it in the apartment, especially if it is already open like the yogurt. I disposed of it because I didn't want to leave the moldy thing in the apartment because it's not healthy either. Kind regards ghostvampira

24 yogurts purchased as of March 30 are liquid. Did you have a problem?
Hello Chanson, please enter the batch number (made up of numbers and letters). Sincerely, your M-Infoline team
Thank you. Lot CH-800 84 0848. I love this yogurt, which I've been eating for breakfast every morning for years. This is the first time it is not firm. Kind regards
Hello Chanson, the batch or load number is usually found next to the product's shelf life and usually begins with the letter L. It can also be made up of a succession of letters and numbers. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello! With my apologies I give you the correct No: L006003 R301 19:35 T2 3 Thank you and best regards
Hello Chanson, thank you for your feedback on the M-Classic mocha yogurt. A short incident occurred during the filling of the above-mentioned product. In principle, all faulty items have been disposed of. However, your case shows that this operation was not carried out rigorously enough. There is no risk from a microbiological point of view. The supplier has been made aware of this issue, which we will continue to monitor closely. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. A gesture on your part would have been appreciated. Best regards

couldn't these fine yogurts be made with less sugar?
It already has... the problem is, if you drastically reduce the sugar content, this will drive many customers away... so it's not so easy...
Hello aleube, we are pleased that you like this yogurt! We are aware of the sugar issue and we are implementing a graduated sugar reduction for various products, in which we will progressively reduce the amount of added sugar. As far as the sugar content is concerned, M-Classic Mocca yoghurt has been earmarked for a sugar reduction. Unfortunately, we cannot yet say with certainty when exactly it will be introduced. How often does Migros recommend folding the connected cups so that you can safely remove a cup without tearing open the middle cup?
Hello Nikolayevich, we recommend folding the connected cups at least 5 times so that a cup detaches easily or breaks off. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How long can you keep this yogurt in the ice box?
Hello Felix-123-123, please refer to the date printed on the product. We guarantee perfect quality until the end of the shelf life. However, yoghurt is not so sensitive in terms of spoilage, so it may well still be safe to eat after the expiry date. The best thing to do is to rely on your senses (is the smell and taste normal, does it have mold?). If in doubt, dispose of it! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why did you change the format from 6x 180g to 6x 125g? Unfortunately I bought this pack and I feel cheated by the price, knowing that the 180g unit is 0.55frs, you're selling this pack at 2.20frs, i.e. for a comparative unit price of a 180 yoghurt at 0.528frs. A very small difference, but I imagine that the change of format must be more profitable for you than the pseudo reason of customer demand? Thank you for your openness and frankness towards one of your loyal customers and connoisseur of the food industry. N. Galley
Hi Profy_troll, many thanks for your post. There has been no recent change in yogurt sizes. We've had the 6 x 125g multipack in our assortment for a long time now. The price per 100g for the 125g pots is lower than for the 180g yogurt pots. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
