High Protein caramel custard do not contain lactic acid bacteria and do not have the acidic character found in yogurt. They also differ in their manufacturing process. Yogurt is a milk preparation obtained by heat treatment, which is inoculated and fermented. In the case of firm yogurts, incubation takes place directly in the packaging, unlike stirred yogurts, which are only packaged after being stirred and mixed with the fruit mass. Hello Watari, due to the sharp drop in demand, the M-Classic Léger range was reduced some time ago and there are currently no plans to expand the M-Classic Léger yogurt line. However, you can find dairy products with a low fat content and no added sugar under the Oh! brand, for example (see https://www.migros.ch/de/se arch?query=Oh!&filter.product_no_added_sugar=true). And many of them are already gone again. For example, there is very little cheese, the Oh! mountain cheese has also been taken out in Wil, as have the Oh! cheese cubes. When you think of all the super Léger cheeses that used to be available. You have to go to Germany once again to get this........... Please bring back these cheeses and the Léger products.

There used to be lots of different types of yogurt and quark (e.g. vanilla). As well as lots of cheese, cottage cheese.....There were also lots of varieties of ice cream. Yes, those were great times.

... until people realize that this line - especially in terms of nutritional value - remains simply unbeatable. I have been loyal to the remaining products for years.

No thanks, for me and many others the only option is sweetener. So we'll just have to keep buying from the competition .......... It's a shame that Migros is such a sugar fan and is going it alone

Whenever possible, we try to use the appropriate food instead of the additive (e.g. lemon juice instead of citric acid), which is why we do not use sweeteners in YOU products, such as the vanilla Skyr above. That's nice! But why do YOU Skyrs still have natural flavors in them? Wouldn't it be consistent not to use any additional flavorings at all or, if it does, then natural vanilla flavoring or raspberry flavoring or mango passion fruit flavoring, i.e. a flavoring where the flavoring is (mainly) made from the corresponding raw material (which would of course result in somewhat higher raw material costs? How much higher?)?
