Is alcohol used as a carrier in this product and is it vegetarian?
Hello Altun, thank you for your question. We can confirm that, with the exception of milk, this yogurt does not contain any ingredients or additives of animal origin. However, the yoghurt is not completely alcohol-free as per your request. The flavorings used may contain alcohol in the form of alcohol-containing carrier substances. However, these are only present in the end product in the form of traces. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, you recently made the cup thinner, so that I rarely bring our favorite yogurts all the way home (by public transport) even though we are very careful! Too bad, couldn't you make this more stable again, like 1/2 year ago? We would be really grateful&100%not the only ones who are annoyed by this, as the price is still the same, but we constantly arrive home with defective yoghurts! (with approx. 12-16 Duo yoghurts a week!!!! that's really annoying 😔
Hello Sopie, thank you for your question. We have not made any packaging adjustments to this item for some time. With packaging in general, we pay attention to ecology vs. handling. We always strive to achieve the best possible mix. We are currently not receiving much customer feedback on this packaging, so we assumed that the settings are optimal. We will be happy to take your feedback on board and review the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
the corners of the separating points are far too sharp-edged, just today the palm of my hand tore open again :-( the lid of the m-classic hazelnut tears very often - never on the m-classic mokka - why?
Hello Sopie, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the lids. We have forwarded your comment about the sharp corners to the responsible department so that they can look into improvements. Sealing the lids is an important and complex phase in the filling process. The machine operators check this process regularly and correct the sealing temperature and pressure if necessary. These parameters have an influence on the sealing, i.e. if it is too high, this can lead to the lid tearing. If it is too low, the quality of the product may be impaired during its shelf life. Incidentally, there is no difference to the mocha variety. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why do you make the lid foil 1/10 mm thinner every year for this really fine product, so that I can hardly open the yoghurt in one piece now. What a pity. Of course, this applies to all yogurts in this range.
Hello Morstein, thank you for your inquiry. We are constantly working on optimizing the cups in terms of packaging handling. It is always a balancing act between product protection and ease of opening. The sealing properties of plastic lids are not the same as those of aluminum lids. Excessive sealing temperatures can burn the PET lid, for example, whereas aluminum can be sealed more tightly to the cup. We can understand that it is annoying when aluminum lids tear when the yoghurt is opened. A weak point of the aluminum lid are the so-called perforation points. These give the lid its stability and must also be present for machine processing so that no vacuum develops between two lids. If there is one on the edge of a lid, this can lead to tearing. Another advantage of the aluminium lid is that the customer can recycle the lid. The environmental impact of both is very low, so both lids have their advantages and disadvantages. We are currently working with both variants, but as already mentioned, we are constantly working on optimizing our entire packaging material in all respects. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
