Old packaging was easier to handle
I don't like the new packaging in the liter bottle. 1. too much for one person 2. the material is too soft for this bottle shape, you crush it easily 3. the cap is not good at all The content is still the same, but as it gets more and more acidic over time, it will probably be acidic for longer (I just started the bottle)
The new Italian salad dressing has a good acidity. Unfortunately too expensive
