The flour is nice and powdery and can be used well for both bread and cakes.
Unfortunately, the packaging is often damaged.
Which I think happens when you fill it up on the shelf. It should be handled with care.
Where have the 1/2 kilo packs gone? Have they definitely disappeared from the shelves? Hopefully not!
To make fine shortbread or bricelets
We always need them at home.
Spitzbuben and other biscuits turn out very well with this flour...
