They were sold out of the organic Alnatura one that I prefer. So this one was a fine substitute.

What a nonsense with this new powdered sugar shaker.
The powdered sugar is ground far too finely!
Far too much powdered sugar comes through the large holes.
The same goes for the small holes.
You can't dust the cake evenly,
There are lumps and the cake is quickly covered in snow white.
It is finer, i.e. thinner than before. Too fine for dusting cakes, it falls through even with a sieve.
