Unfortunately always too little weight.
Hello indios, thank you for your message. We take your information seriously and would like to follow up on it. We would therefore ask you to send us the information below.
- the best-before date
- the batch or lot number
You will generally find the batch or lot number next to the best-before date - this usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. This information is helpful for our investigations. We would also be grateful if you could send us photos of the ice cream. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
It's always been like this, forever. Ever since they've existed.
Hello indios, thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were inconvenienced by our ice cream. We absolutely understand that weight discrepancies are annoying.
We need some additional product information to be able to look into the matter more closely. If you have the same experience again, it would be helpful if you could send us photos of the affected ice cream and the production data (best-before date and batch/lot number) of the pack in question. This information will enable us to investigate the matter in detail and take action if necessary.
It could also be that the ice cream has suffered heat damage. After production, our ice creams are delivered to the stores professionally chilled - our employees continuously check the cold chain. Nevertheless, external influences, such as an open cooler or longer periods of time during transportation home, can affect the quality. Please note that this is only one possible cause.
We are sorry that we are unable to provide you with any further details. We hope for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
As already mentioned, a lot number is of no use, because it is always so!!!!! For years! So just check the vanilla filling! Chocolate is fine

why did you take the large pack out of the range? please bring it back!
Hello an7, thank you very much for your message. Unfortunately, the 1-liter version did not meet with the desired response. This prompted us to discontinue it. Your wish to be able to buy the product from us again has been placed with the specialist department. We hope that our approach will meet with your approval. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Have you dropped the large version from the range?
Hello an7, thank you for your inquiry. We have had to remove the M-Classic Léger vanilla ice cream in 1000 ml tubs from our range due to a steady decline in demand. It is now only available in small tubs. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your prompt reply! That is a great pity. But the demand is sure to be greater in the summer, will you be taking it up again then?
It's all just a tactic so that they can place the new brand (which has poorer nutritional values!). Later on, they can't see any demand at all, nor do they want to. Typical Migros
Would love to have it again! It was the best ice cream!

Hello Is the Léger vanilla ice cream in the 1000ml tub no longer available?
Too bad there aren't other (fruity) flavors such as apricot, strawberry and banana in this form, dear Migros.
There used to be lots of different varieties. They were all delicious!
Hello White_Angel, we were happy to make enquiries with the specialist department. There are currently no plans in this direction and we have no similar alternatives for you. However, we will be happy to take your input on board and review it for the next product range revision. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why this massive price increase to CHF 2.20 today? It's very extreme, not so long ago they were 1.50, then longer 1.90 and now suddenly 2.20. I think nowadays the wholesalers have simply taken the opportunity to raise prices with the excuses of corona, war, gas, petrol,......... It's extreme to charge so much for such a small cup!
Hello indios, thank you for your message. We understand your displeasure. It is important to us to offer our customers the best price-performance ratio. However, we also have to take into account the changing situation on the market. For this reason, it is not always possible for us to cover all costs ourselves. We are currently facing the challenge of rising prices for packaging and raw materials. We are continuing to monitor this issue closely. If circumstances allow, we will make adjustments. We hope our efforts are in your interest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello rollimaus, thank you for your message. The price increase is not due to the euro exchange rate. Would you like to explain what you are talking about? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

If you say that it is "not" due to the euro exchange rate, it probably is.
