The Swiss HOLL rapeseed oil has convinced me.
Does it have the same composition as other HO rapeseed oils? I would be interested to know how much of which fatty acids it contains.

Thank you for your question. Our HOLL rapeseed oil is no different from other HOLL rapeseed oils. HOLL comes from the English and means High Oleic - Low Linolenic, i.e.: high content of oleic acid (> 80%) and low content of linolenic acid (this describes the special fatty acid composition of HOLL rapeseed.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you any more detailed information on the fatty acid spectrum of our HOLL rapeseed oil.
