What sets HOLL rapeseed oil apart from "M-Classic" Swiss rapeseed oil?
Hello LaTussi, thank you very much for your inquiry and your interest in our canola oil. HOLL canola oil is produced from a specially bred variety of canola. Compared to conventional canola oil, it has a different fatty acid composition that is better suited for high temperatures:
The proportion of polyunsaturated linolenic acid has been reduced, while the oleic acid content has been increased. This makes the oil more heat-stable and allows it to be used as a frying oil without hardening. It is therefore ideal for sautéing and deep-frying and is also significantly more neutral in taste and odor when heated than the conventional variety.
Thanks to its refining process, M-Classic Swiss Canola Oil is suitable for both cold and hot cooking and can be used for quick-frying, frying, and baking. We hope this information is helpful to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

The Swiss HOLL rapeseed oil has convinced me.
Does it have the same composition as other HO rapeseed oils? I would be interested to know how much of which fatty acids it contains.
Dear guest
Thank you for your question. Our HOLL rapeseed oil is no different from other HOLL rapeseed oils. HOLL comes from the English and means High Oleic - Low Linolenic, i.e.: high content of oleic acid (> 80%) and low content of linolenic acid (this describes the special fatty acid composition of HOLL rapeseed.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you any more detailed information on the fatty acid spectrum of our HOLL rapeseed oil.
Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team
