Not enough flavor for me
I recently saw it in the freezer with cheese promotions and thought I'd give it a try. The taste and consistency of this cheese totally won me over. The cheese is available in Mild and Rezent. I like both varieties. Very good value cheese. This cheese should be permanently included in the cheese range.

The M-Classic hard cheese is characterized by its excellent, very distinctive taste, its fine bouquet, its perfect consistency and sliceability and, last but not least, its incredibly long shelf life! The packaging, the portioning and the price are also beyond reproach! A big compliment and a hearty MERCI!
If you like Gruyère, you will certainly like it. I think it's very good.
