can i make these burgers in the oven
Hello rueisen, thank you for your request. We were happy to test this for you. The typical roast aroma and the juicy consistency speak in favor of using it in the pan. You won't achieve the same results in the oven. The full-bodied taste is lost a little. The burgers are also sometimes drier.
