i agree that it's not the sugar - the consistency is soggy and the packaging has also deteriorated! the ugly packaging may also have an influence.

Hello seuf, thank you for your feedback. We would like to check this in more detail. Could you provide us with the LOT number and the best-before date? Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

why has the product deteriorated? packaging is tastier but consistency and taste worse..more soggy

Hello seuf, thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry that you no longer liked the taste of the product. In this case, the sugar content was reduced slightly as part of the "Milan Declaration". With this declaration, companies committed themselves to reviewing all recipes and - where possible - reducing the sugar. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

No, it can't just be about the sugar content. The whole consistency is new, different. A deterioration for me too. What has proven itself should be kept. Too bad. I have now tested the new cream three times. Now you've lost me as a customer.

Hello customer comment, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you no longer like the cream. We have shared your feedback with our manufacturer. The semolina cream has been on the market with a reduced sugar content since the beginning of November 2020. However, the rest of the recipe and the process have not been changed. The analyses for the release of the product showed no deviations and our manufacturer has checked all retained samples, which were all flawless. We are therefore unable to explain what could have led to the change in consistency you have noticed. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Nathalie, dear Infoline team Your manufacturer's statement is simply incorrect, to put it mildly. It may be that the sugar content of the cream has been reduced. That's a good thing! But it's difficult to taste, to be honest. On the other hand, the consistency is so incomparably different that it's not just customers who are being taken for fools if they claim otherwise. And this insight should also apply to you, if you had the comparative figures to hand. The recipe has not been changed more profoundly? So, what is behind this highly questionable statement? Please forward my observation to a higher authority, if you don't mind my asking. I had the original recipe on my tongue for years. It was more grainy, the semolina was noticeable, the whole thing was less "soggy". Even the coloring is slightly different now. The design is debatable. I think it looks more old-fashioned now. Is there such a thing as an independent jury in your company? If I had tested a reference sample and the cream, which has been changed in key respects, side by side, it would be crystal clear what I'm talking about. - Incidentally, five years ago I already had to learn that such questions are sometimes not treated seriously, even at a higher level. It was about household paper. You can read about it here. In the end, I was ignored with my request. I'm curious to see what the outcome of this second attempt will be. Thanks for the voucher for 5 francs that you sent me as an apology for the inconvenience. I am still not using the new cream. Too bad, but I can live with it. Incidentally, it is understandable that you can only pass on what you are told. Will the truth about the changed cream ever come to light? Let's tackle this together. jstb

Hello customer comment, thank you for your feedback. We have once again communicated your concerns to the relevant specialist department. We can assure you that only the sugar has been reduced and nothing else in the recipe has been adjusted. We will of course continue to monitor the reactions of our customers and make adjustments if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
