Hello, why did you change the company that delivers your olives??? The ones you had before were excellent and (HOT) not like the ones you sell now. I'm sorry that you've changed the product and continue to write "HOT" even though they're sweet. I'd like to ask you if it's possible to have "HOT" !!!
Hello jeparudesco, thank you for your message regarding our M-Classic Greek olives with jalapeños. We regret that you have a complaint about these products. Without precise information, such as use-by date and batch number, it was unfortunately not possible for us to examine samples from the same production run. However, we can confirm that we have not altered the recipe or changed supplier. Following your comment, we carried out tastings of various production series. The results showed no anomalies whatsoever. We are therefore unable to explain the cause of the discrepancies you describe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
