Have to completely agree with you. Soooo sad, thought it was something with a tranche but they just don't taste the same (fine). To be honest, they taste completely different and not in a good way. Have had these olives for as long as I can remember. It's a shame that you simply change a product.
Hello Migroschiind86, do you still have any open packaging to hand? Can you please provide us with the lot number and best-before date for further clarification? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thanks for the lot number, Migroschiind86, we understand that you're disappointed when a product you've been familiar with for years tastes different to what you're used to. As always, the olives are dried by hand, layer by layer, in salt to preserve their intense aroma and natural black color. We have not made any changes to the recipe, and our retained samples also show the typical taste - salty, slightly bitter and intense in aroma, as you know it.
However, taste is very individual, and sometimes natural products such as olives can show slight variations. These are caused by factors such as harvesting conditions or natural ripening. We take your feedback seriously and have already discussed it internally. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good day
I used to love these olives more than anything - but for some time now they have had a very peculiar aftertaste. Is it a particular preservative? And/or is it the plastic bag? Also, the little liquid that comes with them has recently taken on a greasy, whitish consistency.
Please look into this, because I really love these olives!
Thank you very much
Hello beimirsein, we are very sorry that our olives have given you cause for complaint. So that we can trace the production, we would ask you to provide us with the best-before date and the lot number (begins with L and consists of letters and numbers). For now, we wish you a nice day. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Different supplier? The olives have tasted different for a few weeks/months now. I also think the texture is different. Could it be that the supplier has changed?
Hello nodramalama, can you please give us the lot number and the best-before date for further clarification? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The current pack is L25065083445 with a best-before date of at least 31.03.26. But so were the last 2-3 we bought, i.e. the last 3/4 months. My partner even threw away a pack because they really didn't taste good and they are our favorite olives.
Hello nodramalama, thank you very much for your feedback and for sending us the data. We have just received feedback from our specialist department. We can confirm that your fears are unfounded. There has been no change of supplier. The recipe has also remained the same. However, olives are natural products that are subject to qualitative fluctuations due to their nature. This can result in a different taste and a different texture. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can be sure that we have taken your comments as an opportunity to tighten up the controls. We hope you'll give your favorite olives another chance to convince you of their treasured moments of pleasure! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does it have potassium sorbate as a preservative or not?
Hello Mogliscat, thank you for your question. Potassium sorbate is inside. We will adjust the packaging accordingly the next time we print. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
