Does anyone know what the small round ones with the rough surface are called (2nd from the left in the picture)? Can you buy them separately somewhere or is there a recipe?

Unfortunately it's not a mixture, it's a bad mix. Unfortunately, I had many of one type and almost none of the others.

Einfsch super, every year after Christmas first stock up again with the delicious gingerbread with 50% discount :-).
Rather too sweet, but an ideal pastry with a coffee. It's just a shame that it's seasonal.
