Why are carrots round?
Who makes the carrots round?
How much effort does it take?
What happens to the carrot waste?

but i think the question about the "carrot waste" is very justified!!!
Hello everyone
Thank you very much for your comments
The round carrots that are found in the canned vegetables are not made extra round. It is a variety that already grows round and therefore only needs to be peeled mechanically and can be processed immediately. There is no waste.
We look forward to your further contributions on Migipedia.
Best regards

thanks for the feedback.
could you perhaps post a picture for us? i would be interested :o)
thanks for the tip!
do you also know what the problem is when one of my posts always gives the same error message "post cannot be referenced"?
Superordinate terms: This article cannot be referenced.
The page is no longer linked on Migipedia. This usually happens when a product has been withdrawn from circulation or simply removed from Migipedia. The metasearch engines find the pages: these are addressable - but cannot be commented on, as they are there on their own without a reference! :-)
Here is a node http://www.migipedia.ch/de/node/166949 - but you can no longer comment!
Most bizarre as it is the new Aproz Raspberry Lime! Thanks for the info!

Hello Manfred
These are Parisian carrots, which came onto the market in 1910. These round carrots are only known today from the food and canning industry.

Don't know!? Maybe dry it and process it into food? Depends on whether a revoler, knife or carborundum peeler is used.
Dear Manfred
Here is an example of the round carrots.
You can find more pictures on the Internet using the search terms "carrot" and "round".
See you soon in your Migros!
Best wishes from the M-Infoline teamKarotten rund.jpg
