It does what it's supposed to do, the jams turn out delicious.
Good product. I really enjoy using it for homemade jam. Always turns out well.
Does not gel too much. You need to know this when cooking jam.
Does not change the taste of the jam. So much better than the competition... 🙂
I only buy it if it doesn't have the gelling sugar from Top CC. You shouldn't use palm oil. It wouldn't need it.
