The jam is still a little runny in places. But I didn't use the right amount of sugar. :-(

Every year for the berries from the garden. Good, simple dosage
For me, this is the most inadequate gelling sugar for making jams. Despite sufficient soaking time and cooking time of 5 minutes, it does not gel with different types of fruit (with lots and little pectin)! Absolutely not worth the money.
Less effective and more cumbersome than Pâtissier gelling agent for jams and jellies (vegan).
