Does this product contain alcohol of any kind? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? It says flavors in the ingredients. Is it completely alcohol-free? Is it also suitable for vegetarians, does it not contain animal fats? Is E471 of animal origin?

My elderly mother was also looking for this cake base in the MMM branch Shoppyland (GMAARE) this week. The succinct answer from one of the rare employees was that this product was no longer in the range and therefore no longer available ... Bang. Period! If the wholesalers can manage to publish weekly price adjustments and new products in their newspapers/magazines, they could in turn make a note of the discontinuations. That would improve transparency and information and would lead to fewer such inquiries. Not to mention how much time people have to waste in the store looking for the product in question and not finding it ... What was that again about sustainability, dear MIGROS?
