You can just tell that the honey comes from all over the world and has somehow been mixed together. It seems quite unharmonious compared to honeys that only come from forest areas in one country. It's certainly fine for cooking and for honey bread in the morning, which is only used for the most necessary food intake anyway due to tiredness. But I will buy the more "special" honeys in future.

Hey Sumpfhuen
I bought a great chestnut honey from Ticino at the BEA. Wonderfully intense. Also great for tea.
Greetings moz
Chestnut honey sounds delicious, but unfortunately the BEA is not quite "ume wäg" for me ;) but merci!
