I hate Migros for the completely botched change to the flûtes. It used to be a highlight every time, now it's absolutely 0815: the special taste is gone, it's become terribly bland. Very close to pretty much every cheap baked pastry from the competition, quasi "standardized". They no longer have the handmade quality they used to have. Instead: Industrially produced uniformity, even the appearance now reflects uninspired mass production. To make matters worse, they have become smaller. Migros really seems to be doing everything it can to be unappealing in all areas recently.
While shopping, I noticed in the bag that the beloved flûtes no longer looked the same. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, they have been "improved". It's a great pity that Migros just can't stop changing good, proven quality.
The flûtes are no longer worth buying, unfortunately.
