No longer bought, what a shame.
Unfortunately, something has obviously been changed in the recipe or the supplier. Became the cheapest standard nonsense.
Unfortunately not as good as its predecessor. Less crispy, a bit rubbery and bland. I now buy the baked-on brushes
For a few weeks now it has been rather bland, compact and no longer as crispy. Has anything changed in the composition of the dough?

After baking, the baguette remains airy.
They are very good, I like to eat them.
