No information on preparation on the packaging. Why not? I had to google it. The consensus seems to be 180 degrees convection (preheated), 15min. Then down to 120 degrees for 45min. A glass of water in the oven is supposed to give it a crust, but I don't fancy that.

Hi manager2, as we still think the meatloaf is too salty, especially when it has cooled down, we have moved on. I can recommend the one from Aldi & Lidl, we didn't like the one from Denner. Or just use normal veal sausage meat. Lg Raincloud

Why is the consistency now completely different, rubbery and chewy? When removing it from the tray before baking, packaging material sticks to the meatloaf. The product is like a rubbery block, which makes it impossible to mix in fine vegetables. The taste after baking is good, but the texture is tough, rubbery and artificial.
