Hello Why has the Fit Onnaise with herbs been taken out of the range? This has been our favorite mayonnaise for years. Can you recommend an alternative product (apart from the Thomy herb mayonnaise, which is more than twice as expensive)?
Hi vulcano8048, thank you very much for your inquiry. We are sorry to hear that you are missing your much-loved mayonnaise with herbs from our range ☹. We have removed this item from our range as demand has steadily decreased. We ask for your understanding. We do not currently offer a 1:1 alternative from another brand - except for Thomy. We have of course submitted your honest feedback to our specialist department. We are sorry not to have more positive news for you at the moment. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What's wrong with fitonnaise? It is constantly sold out and, as Amerika65 has already said, is now far too runny and sour. I have bought up quite a few tubes with the best-before date 23.12.22 batch 60-146841-3. It is usable in salad dressing but impossible otherwise. I'm beginning to wonder whether the quality is still okay or not? Can I use it up without endangering my health?
Hello cobu72, the batch has been tested. With regard to the taste of the product, we examined our retained samples. The tasting of the samples by our laboratory did not reveal any deviation in taste. We therefore continued our investigations and analyzed the pH value of the samples. This value was also completely within the specified parameters. Therefore, everything is in order with the product and there is no health risk. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Okay, thank you very much for the feedback. But something has been different with this product for some time now. I will use mine up, but after that I will have to switch to another mayonnaise for better or worse, it just doesn't have the same quality anymore, which is a great pity, I've been buying it since the beginning
The new tubes I have now bought are completely okay again, just like before in the usual quality. So there was something different about the batch I mentioned. Now I hope the usual good quality remains.

What have you done to the recipe? The fitonnaise is much more liquid and more acidic.... This means you can no longer make any "decorative dots" and it no longer tastes good. What a shame :-( Are you trying to get us to buy Thommy products? What a shame for such M-Industry products, they shouldn't be changed. Or was it a manufacturing process error in the end? The variant with herbs is also more liquid and sour. Yours sincerely.
Hello Amerika65, thank you very much for your message. As already mentioned in our post about the herbal variant, it would be very helpful for us if you could send us more details about the products (best-before date & batch). This information will help us to understand when the production took place and whether any errors occurred at that time. Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Bonjour I have been completely convinced by this product for many years (good, non-egg-heavy taste, light and low in calories). Of course, tastes differ. Unfortunately, from my point of view, I found that the quality was no longer the same with my last purchases. I thought it was a coincidence, but unfortunately it wasn't. "Permanently reduced" is obviously no guarantee of quality and enjoyment. I'd rather pay the extra 15 centimes and have my favorite mayo again. My potato salad, which I always prepare a day in advance so that it can steep properly, was no longer the same at Christmas. I hope and wish that Migros, despite the enormous competition, will take this "old" loyal customer base into account a little. Nota bene: I have already judged the budget toast bread and switched to the much more expensive "American Favorites". Is it the case that we consumers are being discreetly and indirectly steered towards more expensive products? Kind regards
Hello bleuelavande, we did not change the recipe for this product. It is possible that the tube was exposed to high temperatures or that there are small hairline cracks in the tube, which is why the taste has changed. Please check your emails again later and we will contact you privately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
