Why do they always start to stick even if they have only been open for a short time?
Dear miakatze05, thank you for your message. The specialist department is still clarifying your request. We ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello miakatze05, thank you for your patience. The ice chip sweets are sensitive to high temperatures and high humidity. Candies with sugar tend to absorb water to a certain extent. When the sweets absorb water, they start to stick. As long as the packet is closed, the barrier properties of the packet provide a certain degree of protection, especially against humidity. If the pack is opened, the sweets are more exposed to the storage conditions. Ideal storage conditions are: well sealed, dry (, at 15-25°C, protected from light and sun. Does that help you? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
No sorry opened on the same day, glued together in the evening. That's not normal!
Hello miakatze05, thank you for your feedback. In view of the warm summer temperatures in recent weeks, this may well be the case. At the moment it has also become rather damp due to the rain. These fluctuations in the weather can have a negative effect on the product within a short period of time. We can assure you that we have not made any adjustments to the product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

They just don't taste good to me with menthol. Why isn't this also asked here? Instead of asking for new products to change the taste. Yes, I've known it for over 30 years and then...
I've never had these sweets before... But what you write about unsolicited product recipe changes, I was also wondering :-s... Because if customers do buy a product and don't complain about bad taste, quality or whatever... Then why are changes/revisions made at all? It would be really interesting to hear a good explanation! :-)
Hello Bollywood
Thank you for your feedback, it's a shame that you don't like our ice chips as much as you used to.
Unfortunately, our previous supplier no longer produces the ice chips. We also very much regret this.
However, we have changed our supplier so that our customers do not have to do without the classic refreshing sweet. Unfortunately, it was not possible to produce the sweets with the exact same recipe, so the ice chips are now available with a slightly adapted recipe.
We ask for your understanding and wish you a nice day. Your M-Infoline Team
Hello Luna L.
Thank you for your question. In this case, our previous supplier unfortunately no longer produces the ice chips. However, we have changed our supplier so that our customers do not have to do without the classic refreshing candy. However, it is not possible to produce the sweets with exactly the same recipe as before, so the ice chips are now available with a slightly adapted recipe.
Perhaps you will try the sweets soon? We would be delighted!
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
It's good that you're trying to keep the products, but why can't you use the whole recipe? Just do a test without the menthol. I'm sure they won't be that bad. Or send out test bags, we the end customers can certainly help you find the right flavor. But you have the experts. I can't imagine that they won't work without it. Then it should at least be on the packaging. Now I know that the old producer can no longer make other products if they have a new recipe? Is that the case? The customer notices it, you can just write it down. Then they still have the option of buying the old product. They were simply unique, but unfortunately no longer. Because that's how they belonged in the winter with menthol...don't know if they would and will buy them again. Even if you mean well, it may still be good for some, but unfortunately that little bit is too much for me. There are certainly other products where it is good to change them.
