Dear M-Infoline Team Are solvents used during the refining process? And how is it possible to have such a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids despite refining? As far as I know, refining destroys precisely these... I would appreciate a meaningful answer.

Hello Gabriel, thank you for your message. Sorry for the late reply. We had technical problems. We do not use any solvents for refining. Safflower oil is characterized by a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids. These acids are not destroyed by the refining process. This means that the fatty acid profile from the crude oil to the finished raffinate is not changed. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would like to see more information on the label.
