Same question as Hue3: I also miss the delicious mashed potatoes in Schaffhausen. It's great. I'm not satisfied with the answer that demand is too low. Frozen mashed potatoes are a standard food. I suspect that demand was too low, as it was barely visible in the past. You always had to look for it. It used to be in a bowl, then in a blue and yellow bag. And now it has disappeared from the shelves without a trace. Not even the sales clerks noticed. Is that necessary? Instead, there are umpteen other new potato products that I won't be buying and that cost a lot to develop. What a pity.
