According to the nutritional values given, 100g of sugar contain 100g of carbohydrate, but 1 cube of 3.7g only contains 3.5g of carbohydrate - kind of confusing.

On the one hand, sugar is a natural product that is subject to natural fluctuations. On the other hand, not all analyzed nutritional values are absolute values, so that mathematical rounding is necessary. The deviation of 0.2g is very small and is not a problem from a nutritional point of view.
