Hello, where do the ingredients for the cream come from? It only says that the skimmed milk comes from Switzerland. Where does the cream come from?

I'm a bit unsure about that... that's why I'm asking. It doesn't say anywhere that it was produced in Switzerland...

Hello jufreh, thank you for your question. For those products on which the Swiss cross is displayed, we can guarantee that at least 80% of the ingredients are of Swiss origin and that all milk ingredients are also of Swiss origin - accordingly, the cream is also made from Swiss cow's milk. has turned into pudding, no longer creamy as on the packaging, why? flavor no longer delicious, why?

Hello sanukch, thank you for your question. It really is the case that the consistency tends slightly towards pudding towards the end of the shelf life. This is due to the raw materials and additives. Unfortunately, we don't know why the taste of the cream was not convincing. Our dessert department has been informed about your tip. We hope you enjoy the cream again in future! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Have you changed anything in the manufacturing/ingredient process? Because my husband and daughter have been finding them less tasty for a few months now... less vanilla, more chemical.

Hello ardevaz, We have redeveloped the recipe for our M-Classic vanilla cream to bring it into line with the new sugar content trends in the product range. We very much regret that this dessert no longer appeals to you. We hope you will find a new product to your liking. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I bought a promotional 6-pack of this product 1-2 weeks ago. I was astonished to discover that the "promotional" crème desserts differ significantly in color, consistency and taste from the "regular" 4-pack of crème desserts!!!! (I did the 1:1 comparison test) In other words, the promotional products had a very viscous consistency and a much more bland taste than the regular ones! Please tell me why multipacks with the same label taste different. As a consumer, I feel like I've been taken for a ride! Thank you for your reply.

Thank you very much for your valuable criticism.
In order for us to investigate this matter, we need the M-Data (date of sale and/or use) and the lot number of the article in question.
This number enables us to check when exactly the product in question was manufactured and whether any errors occurred during production at that time. You will normally find the lot number next to the best-before date; it usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. We ask you to provide us with this number and refer to your reference number IN_1244080.
We wish you a nice weekend and a good start to spring.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, I no longer have the packaging available, but I will look out for it again when the next 6-pack promotion comes up and supply the number if necessary.
Thanks & Greetings
