Hello, when I called you some time ago to ask about emulsifiers, I was told that you use plant-based emulsifiers in your own products. From your answers here, I understand that this is not the case for all products and that animal-based emulsifiers are also used. Should I inquire about each product individually? Best regards
Hello Emre005, thank you for your question. Your statement only applies to baked goods. Our baked goods manufacturer, the Fresh Food & Beverage Group (formerly JOWA), uses vegetable fats and oils or butter. Emulsifiers such as E471, E472, and E475, which are used in the production of our baked goods, are always of vegetable origin. For other products, you would need to inquire separately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about what happened to you. We understand that it is annoying when a delicious dessert goes bad before the best-before date.
All of our products are tasted after production, usually on the following day. This enables us to detect any changes at an early stage. Based on your message, we have had the retained samples tested. No quality deviations were detected during the inspection.
The poor taste of the product may have been caused by light and/or oxygen oxidation. An interruption in the cold chain could also be a possible cause. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Your trust in our products is important to us! We hope that you will continue to buy your desserts from us and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
