All of our products are tasted after production, usually on the following day. This enables us to detect any changes at an early stage. Based on your message, we have had the retained samples tested. No quality deviations were detected during the inspection.
The poor taste of the product may have been caused by light and/or oxygen oxidation. An interruption in the cold chain could also be a possible cause. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
