Good day my question was answered by another member but it would be an advantage if you would simply write it in brackets like other retailers in the food sector (pork or beef gelatine etc.) then it would perhaps make it easier for many to buy several products in Migros because otherwise top products and selection.

Hello Seven 17, the emulsifier E 471 in Chantilly is of vegetable origin. Gelatine or edible gelatine is always of animal origin. Pork gelatine is usually used in foods. This is also the case here. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
