Dear Migros This is my absolute favorite cottage cheese, there is no better :) Now it seems to me that the texture has recently changed. Has the recipe been changed? When? And what exactly was changed, or why? I'm not entirely sure anymore, but the nutritional values also seem to have changed slightly. Thanks for the answer in advance!

Hello Ella_2021, thank you for your message. We have removed the added sugar from the recipe. The reduction in sugar has also slightly changed the nutritional values. We have also checked the texture of retained samples from various productions. However, we were unable to detect any deviations from the defined standard. Another two years have passed... Dear Migros, in my search for a cottage cheese WITHOUT SUGAR I have not found what I was looking for. It's a shame and incomprehensible why cottage cheese has to contain sugar. A well-known brand (Hirz...) also manages to produce theirs without sugar. ... Is there still hope?

You can find sugar-free cottage cheese everywhere, except in Migros!!! They just don't want it! I always buy it at Lidl, it's great, has different varieties, including light (Migros used to have it too!!), and is better.

The answer is simply unbelievable. When will Migros finally realize that the eternal justifications only annoy customers. And I wasn't looking for alternatives either, otherwise I would have asked. Because I don't buy organic anyway. This is about the normal Cottege Cheese. Sugar has been an issue in Cottege Cheese for years and people have been asking for it to be removed. As you say, the lactose is already there anyway. So there is absolutely no need for additional sugar. Why don't you finally comply with customers' wishes? Otherwise they'll just go to the competition or abroad, because they can do it.
