I bought a special offer pack of butter, supposedly 4x 250g, but at home a block was missing from the packaging??? Packaging error? Where should I report this?
Hello Xace, we are sorry that there were only 3 Mödeli in the pack. The cooking butter is packaged by machine. In rare cases, it can happen that only 3 pieces are accidentally included. There is a large Swiss cross on the special offer cooking butter (4x250gr) and it says Produit suisse. Where does the milk for the butter come from?
