Unfortunately worlds worse than the Forte version. Made of hard, rough foam, like those free earplugs from 20 years ago. It's completely inexplicable that they only cost 10 centimes less than the pretty good Forte ones. There is probably a 500% margin on them.
The reusability is also much worse, after wearing them twice they don't go back to their original shape and you can practically throw them away. The Forte last much longer, I will only buy these.
Top brings good sleep adapts well in the ear.
