Can't you see the comments? Suggest putting at least the 2 versions, and even in store the saleswomen tell me that many customers have complained about the new chocolate, find an alternative, you don't change something that has worked well for years for no reason. I'm willing to bet that the figures for the new version are down.

Hi Saarz, we tested the new recipe with over 60 people, along with other variations available on the market. The new recipe gave the best results, and the old one the worst. We therefore do not intend to make any changes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I find your new Choco Drink with the new recipe very unpalatable! I have been drinking this drink for several years and it tasted very good, by far the best Choco Drink I have ever had. I really hope that you will bring back the old Choco drinks, because they tasted much better to me!

Hello Pendito, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that, as a fan of M-Classic Choco Drink, you're not convinced by the new recipe! We made the change based on product tests with more than 60 people. We evaluated our Choco Drink and other Choco Drink variants on the market. The newly launched recipe performed the best and the previous one the least well. We will be happy to pass on your feedback to our specialist department. However, there are currently no plans to adjust the recipe again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Put back the old recipe! My kids noticed it without even telling them, and after tasting it, it's really not good! Your new recipe is really no good! Your chocolate was the best, please put it back!

Hello Saarz, thank you for your feedback. We have indeed changed the recipe. In a taste test with 60 people, the new variant of Choco Drink got the best results and the old one the worst. We're sorry your children don't like it anymore. We have passed on your feedback to the specialist department. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Is it not possible to attach the tube differently so that the tube is not missing in every second one? And when will these plastic tubes be replaced with sustainable material?

Hello Röhrli, thank you for the message. The straws are glued to the packaging via two glue dots after filling. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the orientation of the straws. However, we have gladly submitted your suggestion to the specialist department. Various tests are currently being carried out on alternative materials for the tubes. So far, however, no alternative has convinced us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thanks for the information

Please don't change the tubes, these paper tubes are the last straw. If a plastic tube is disposed of properly, it has a comparable ecological footprint to paper tubes.

Hello Wolfi237, thank you for your question. There are no plans to switch to paper straws in the near future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the Léger Choco Drink no longer available? Why do you always suddenly take something out of the range that has been around for years without informing customers? That is anything but customer-friendly!

Hello Zimt1, thank you for your inquiry. We have great news for you: The missing product is still part of our range. We have simply integrated it into our M-Classic line. As a result, it has been given a new article number: 2045.049. You may not yet find the drink in all stores due to the changeover. We will be happy to find out from the relevant supermarket whether it is already available if you let us know your shopping region. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Yes, you've taken the ½ liter out of the range and no, that's the right thing to do? No. Even in large Migros stores with lots of space, you don't have enough room for this inexpensive, delicious drink. In terms of size, it nicely took the place of the branded drinks and was ideal to take away in terms of quantity - not too big and not too small. The seal and bear glacé can't just be turned into drinks and then become "cult" again. If only you had taken out the multipack instead - the 9 percent discount doesn't make up for it ... Well, that's a shame. Not attractive enough, whatever that means ...

Thank you for your comment peha24. With the new Kult Drinks, we also want to bring variety to the range of non-chilled mixed milk drinks. The aim was to get as close as possible to the taste of the ice cream. Based on the feedback and customer demand so far, we are convinced that we have created added value in the milk-based mixed drinks range with this new concept. Unfortunately, space in the range is limited. This means that when a new item is introduced, an existing one has to make way. In this case, we have opted for the 0.5 liter M-Classic Choco Drink. This is still available as a 0.25 liter and a 1 liter version. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, you have taken the Choco Drink 0.5l off the shelf, which is a real shame. We don't need to discuss the price, it's already been mentioned. But about the space because of the new drinks that nobody wants. In the place of the 0.5l Choco Drink there are now packs of 6x 0.25l Choco Drink. So the space would still be there. A great pity for a good pack that is no longer available.

Hello MigrosFan, thank you for your message. The 6x0.25 l containers have been in the range for some time and have not taken the place of the Choco Drink in the 0.5 l bottle. We regularly analyze the range in order to meet all customer needs as well as possible. We have therefore opted for two new cult drinks (Vanilla Seal & Choco Bear). However, the 0.25 L and 0.5 L Choco Drinks are still in the range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The 0.5l Choco Drink for 85 centimes has been taken out of the range and replaced by 0.25l drinks for 1.20 (i.e. 2.40 for 0.5l). If something popular is to be replaced by something new, then please do it in the same size pack. This makes no sense to me and, above all, I am not prepared to pay this large price premium. This is simply a disappointment. What is being offered as a real alternative to a 0.5 l chocolate drink?

Hello hamster, thank you very much for your post. The M-Classic Choco Drink 5 dl has been removed from our range for the new drinks "Seehund Drink Vanilla" and "Choco Drink Bear". We are aware that such decisions will disappoint our customers, who have enjoyed consuming the product. Unfortunately, space on the shelves is limited, so it is our duty to constantly review the selection and its appeal and make adjustments where necessary. This also allows us to make room for new products. The two other Choco Drinks in the 1 liter and 2.5 dl packs are still available in our stores. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

During my vacations, I was shocked to discover that I can no longer get Choco Drink in the 0.5 l packaging in the Aare cooperative stores:-(. Has this been removed from the range?

Thank you for your question ashauri. We understand your disappointment. The M-Classic Choco Drink 0.5 L has been removed from the range for the two new products Vanilla Drink Seal and Choco Drink Bear(https://produkte.migros.ch/choco-drink-baer). With these two new products, we want to bring variety to the mixed milk drink range. The tried-and-tested M-Classic Choco Drink is still available in 0.25 dl and 1 L packaging. Other drinks (e.g. Bifidus) with a 0.5 dl content can be found in the chilled mixed milk drinks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How can it be that this composition: skimmed milk 98%, chocolate powder 3.3%, sugar, thickener: E 407, results in a total value of 10g sugar per 100ml? The composition is always in descending order, with the same quantity alphabetically. Is lactose also taken into account for sugar? In addition, 98%+3.3% is already more than 100%.

Hello Eldana Unfortunately, we cannot explain how you arrived at 98% skimmed milk. The proportion of skimmed milk is 94%. The term "of which sugar" in the nutritional information includes not only the added granulated sugar, but all mono- and disaccharides (simple and disaccharides) contained in a product, for example sucrose (white sugar), glucose (dextrose), fructose (fruit sugar) or lactose (milk sugar). So if the term "of which sugar" appears in the nutritional information, this does not (only) refer to white household sugar, but to all the different types of sugar. The main ingredient in Choco-Drink is milk, which naturally contains lactose (milk sugar). The declared sugar content is therefore mainly the lactose naturally occurring in milk, with some added sugar (sucrose). Best wishes and a happy new year from your M-Infoline team
