Put back the old recipe! My kids noticed it without even telling them, and after tasting it, it's really not good! Your new recipe is really no good! Your chocolate was the best, please put it back!

This has already been answered several times on Migipedia: The 5-dl version of the M-Classic Choco drink had to make way for the new vanilla and chocolate drinks in the bottles (Seal and Bear).

A few weeks ago, when I bought a quarter-liter pack of the product, I noticed that it suddenly tasted different. Since then, it has never tasted the same. But only with the small packs I mentioned. The half-liter packs taste the same as before. I've also bought a quarter and a half-liter pack in one day. The small one doesn't taste good to me, but the larger one does. The only possible explanation for me is that the recipe has been changed (without any indication to that effect) and I am currently buying up the remaining half-liter packs that still have the old recipe. Am I right? The worse tasting quarter-liter packs can hardly have been exceptions due to the number of them I have bought in the last few weeks.

You were not mistaken, we have reduced the sugar content of M-Classic Choco Drinks by approx. 3% as part of the Generation M project.
Before the product went on sale, we had various taste tests carried out, all of which came out very well. It's a shame, however, that the Choco Drink no longer tastes as good.
So far, we have not received any negative feedback. Nevertheless, we have submitted your feedback to the specialist department.

Despite the fridge (!) the Choco Drink is usually thick and sour at the end....(is usually drunk within 5 days) Do others have the same problems with it? :)

When I saw that on the packaging they announced that it was going to change I was already rejoicing to say goodbye to that packaging model: the closure is poorly made and often comes apart. The shape is not rational. Instead ... you just changed the printing slightly! Too bad. The drink is worth much more than its container!

The cause of the package not being hermetically sealed is probably attributable to a time-limited failure on the manufacturing line. The closure was not glued firmly enough to the carton. A further possibility would be that the packaging was exposed to mechanical forces during transport and so was allowed to loosen.
However, the responsible service manager has been informed about what is stated in your complaint.
