Hello Sherifgamil, I have asked again. Emulsifiers such as E471 and E472 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), or E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), which we use to make our bread and baked goods, are always of vegetable origin. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
