Hello Do the potato chips contain milk protein? Thank you very much
Hello Enn, Léger Paprika Chips do not contain any ingredients containing milk protein, nor should any traces be expected due to possible carry-over. Milk and all products made from it, such as cream, butter, cheese, lactose, etc. - Milk and all products made from it, such as cream, butter, cheese, lactose, etc., must always be included in the list of ingredients, even if they are added in small quantities. Traces of milk must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients. This is for your information. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello dear Migros, do the potato chips work without animal nutrients? I have seen that the E number ''631'' can be of animal origin. What does this consist of? I really hope that the potato chips are vegan. Kind regards
Hello Tania The additive E631 disodium inosinate is produced from inosinic acid and has a strong flavor-enhancing effect in salty foods. Nowadays, disodium inosinate is produced biotechnologically with the help of microorganisms and is not of animal origin. It does not contain any other ingredients of animal origin, but the product is not certified vegan. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

It's best not to eat it at all - the maltodextrin in it bothers me the most, it's pure sugar. It's everywhere, even in other products. And people are being misled. It's better to enjoy your own natural taste again.
The problem is that everything has to have an intense flavor. Anything else that is somehow bland but has a natural taste is unlikely to be bought. Unfortunately, many people's taste buds are already so "trained" to these flavor enhancers, sugars, sweeteners etc. that they no longer know what a real potato tastes like. "that they no longer even know what a real potato really tastes like :(
Dear guest
Thank you for your comment.
The maltodextrin cannot simply be left out, because maltodextrin is added to the product via the spice preparation. There are several reasons for this: the maltodextrin protects the seasoning mix from clumping and makes it flow better. It is important for the optimum distribution of the spice mix on the potato chips. It improves the mixing effect in the large mixers when producing the spice mix. Finally, the maltodextrin with its slight sweetness supports the paprika powder.
Now we wish you lots of fun with your next purchase.

This is just a typical, weak Migros explanation that is simply not true Maltodextrin is absolutely unnecessary and only serves as a flavor enhancer.
Migros always says that it responds to customer wishes and their development. But customers are tending more and more towards natural products. So finally leave out these unnecessary additives such as sugar, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder, etc.

Thank you for your feedback.
We have discussed your feedback with the responsible product developer and can tell you the following:
So-called "real flavor enhancers" (e.g. monosodium glutamate, E621) consist of a high percentage of protein (more precisely: amino acids). Maltodextrin, on the other hand, which is used in Léger Paprika Chips, consists of approx. 95% carbohydrates (malt and glucose) and approx. 5% water.
Maltodextrin therefore does not belong to the group of genuine flavor enhancers. Its effect can be compared to the way sugar, salt or a splash of lemon juice naturally enhance the taste of a dish.
In the case of potato chips seasoning, maltodextrin serves as a carrier through which the required amount of seasoning (paprika, onions etc.) is applied to the potato chips. Salt cannot be used as a carrier for this purpose, as the potato chips would otherwise be either far too salty or too weakly flavored.
We also offer the Léger chips in natural (potatoes, sunflower oil, salt). As an alternative to the paprika chips, we recommend sprinkling your favorite paprika powder on them.

Then make your own potato chips at home. Migros can't fulfill every extreme wish. Most people like the chips as they are.

Why are you so aggressive? Anyone who knows anything about nutrition knows that ingredients like this are unnecessary and are just flavor enhancers to catch customers. Get over yourself.

Hello everyone.
I would like to know in what quantities the flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, i.e. E621, is added?
Thank you very much!
Dear guest
Thank you for your inquiry.
The proportion of the flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate in the total product is only
We wish you a nice fall day.
See you soon in your Migros!

@M-Infoline,
the sentence is cut off by the interpreter after "only", probably by the special character "<, less than"!

Does this product contain palm oil?
See further link with nutritional traffic light, ingredient rating and label rating:
http://www.migipedia.ch/de/lebensmittel/suesswaren/tafelschokolade/bio-max-havelaar-cremant/100g
The ingredients say SUNFLOWER OIL, previously it said PLANT OIL.
@Frederica
The term vegetable oil usually refers to sunflower oil (it is the cheapest and was/is used the most)
However, due to the new declaration obligation, manufacturers must now specify it precisely, as more and more people are allergic to sunflower (products). This is a so-called composite flower allergy
Hello flyingraph
Thank you for your interest in our product.
We can assure you that all our potato chips are fried with sunflower oil. No other oil is added.
We hope this helps you and wish you an enjoyable rest of the week. Your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros - have you changed the recipe? We've always had these potato chips in stock for a long time. They were delicious! Now even the children don't like them any more, they're far too salty and too strongly flavored...
Dear guest
We regret that you do not like the taste of our chips.
We need the following information so that we can investigate your complaint and clarify the situation:
What is the M-date (sell by, use by)?
What is the batch number (number starting with letters or mixed)?
Thank you in advance and have a nice day, your M-Infoline Team
Guest
Dear Migros, this is not a special batch number. We have bought these potato chips again and again and have noticed that they are much saltier and more spicy than before. The children have a real rash around their mouths after eating them and it burns from the paprika. That didn't used to be the case, because we've been buying these potato chips for years. So I wonder if something has been changed in the recipe...?
Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
Irregularities are recorded by our supplier in a shift log. Samples are also set aside for each production run and the salt content is measured every hour.
Unfortunately, as you are unable to provide us with a best-before date or batch number, it is very difficult for us to investigate.
We can therefore only tell you that the recipe for these potato chips has not been changed for years and that the same spice is still used.
We are sorry not to be able to give you an informed opinion, but hope to be able to welcome you back soon.
Kind regards,
Your M-Infoline Team

Didn't these potato chips have around 390 kcal per 100g some time ago or am I wrong?
am I wrong?
Hello guest
It used to be 467 kcal per 100g in this article. Since last year, fiber has been included in the energy values, which is why the energy value has increased to 479 kcal per 100g.

i think the idea of reduced fat is great, but why does it have to have flavor enhancers in it?
Thank you for your entry.
The flavor enhancer in question (E621 sodium glutamate) is a component of various ready-made seasonings and seasoning mixes. It intensifies and harmonizes the flavour and replaces a large proportion of the salt that would otherwise be required.
Omitting or replacing this ingredient would result in a major change in taste.
We hope this information will help you and wish you a pleasant day.

So I'd still rather have the salt :(
Me too. The wort simply tastes "wrong", i.e. "fake".
